italian crock-pot pork chops


Ingredients:
about 2 lbs boneless pork chops
1 can italian diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 yellow onion
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic salt, italian seasonings, etc...)

Throw all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Approx. 4 servings.
