Meatloaf
Did you know that you can cook a meatloaf in the crockpot? I'd heard this years ago, but never tried it. Since yesterday was a crazy day, I put the meatloaf in the crockpot, on low, at noon and by seven at dinner, it was perfect! I made mashed potatoes in the morning to warm up. So, all I did was warm up the potatoes and veggies and it was all ready! Easy, breezy!

But was it "crunchy" on top? If the answer is yes, I will go get a crockpot. I need one anyway. (I miss my old one)
No, it's not crunchy on top! Sorry! Is crunchy important to most people! I usually have some kind of sauce on mine while it cooks, so it's never crunchy! My hubby would probably like a crunchy top!
As soon as they invent meatloaf that squashes itself together, I'm all over this crockpot idea.
