Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Prep Time: about 5 minutes
Serves: 4 (I imagine that for the kids, you might be able to squeeze this into 6 servings)


1 C Canned Pumpkin
1 C Milk
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/3 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C ice


Blend everything but the ice until smooth. Add ice, continue blending until thick and creamy.

Optional - top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

man, i really wish i had a working blender....

well, it works, but it leeches some funky yellow-green liquid out of the bottom, or it did last time i used it... ugh...

EEwwwwww...Kohl's has a nice Cuisinart that also has the food processor pieces that come pitcher on the blender...not too expensive, and they SHIP! baby...
